   • Once a transaction is completed, it is considered final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for any products or services purchased.

2. Exceptions

   • In the unlikely event of an error on our part, such as the delivery of an incorrect or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for resolution. Proof of purchase is required, and we will address such situations on a case-by-case basis.
